One-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every piece we build is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from the date of delivery. If something we made fails because of how it was built, we will repair or replace it. No games, no runaround. We will get you taken care of.
What Is Covered
- Structural defects in joinery or construction
- Hardware that fails under normal household use
- Finish defects caused by our workmanship
A Note on Real Wood
Solid wood is a natural, living material. It moves, breathes, and shifts slightly with changes in humidity and temperature. Small variations in grain, color, and movement are the marks of genuine hardwood, not defects. Those natural characteristics are part of what makes every piece one of a kind.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear, use, and aging over time
- Damage from moving, dropping, or improper handling
- Burns, cuts, scratches, water rings, and spills
- Damage from prolonged sun, heat, or moisture exposure
- Damage from harsh or improper cleaning products
- Natural wood movement, seasonal expansion, and minor color change over time
- Commercial, rental, or outdoor use
